Workshop: Why Do We Suffer? (And How Can We Reduce It?)

Suffering is a universal human experience—we all go through it, whether at work, in relationships, within our families, or in nearly every area of life.
But what if suffering is not the direct result of what happens to us—but rather of how we perceive reality?

In this eye-opening workshop, we’ll dive deep into the nature of suffering, explore why it is so present in our lives, and learn how we can significantly reduce its impact.

The workshop is based on the principles of Advaita Vedanta—an ancient philosophy offering practical tools, profound insights, and a refreshing new approach to life.
Over the course of six intimate and practical sessions, we will blend timeless wisdom with modern-day reflection: we’ll explore, practice, question, and gain a new perspective on ourselves and the world.

Who is this workshop for?
Anyone who wants to better understand themselves, break free from painful patterns, and begin living with greater inner freedom, acceptance, and clarity.
No prior knowledge is required—just a sincere willingness to look within.

Facilitator:
