What is Advaita Vedanta

Advaita Vedanta is a timeless philosophy that teaches the oneness of existence. The word Advaita means “not two”, signifying that there is no real separation between the self (Atman) and the absolute reality (Brahman). It emphasizes that our true nature is beyond the limitations of the mind, ego, and physical world.

Rooted in the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Brahma Sutras, Advaita Vedanta offers a path of self-inquiry, helping individuals see beyond illusions (Maya) and recognize the pure awareness that underlies all experience.
